–  Develop and execute a communication and transparency plan

 

–  Authorize the CCA executive director to hire a new membership manager
–  Investigate the feasibility of providing free continuing education
Advocate–  Monitor and prepare a plan to mitigate a threat to our licensure relative to COVID-19 and/or other vaccine requirements
–  Develop a passionate continuity of communication from CCA by influencers
–  Develop mutually beneficial relationships with other health industries (i.e., personal touch)
Elevate– Develop Clear Voice of Message CCA Website to promote offices via a “Feel Good, Function Good” campaign employing an SEO and advertising strategy
– Develop a campaign utilizing billboards, YouTube, and social media to raise public perceptions
– Hire PR/Marketing expertise
Engage– Implement Philosophy Nights and Master Mind programs
Educate

– Recruit powerful speakers on current events for the convention while providing online education and instituting a public attendance option
