Chiropractic Associate Opportunity in Windsor, Co
We are searching for a motivated Chiropractor to join us part-time to start with expansion to full time. We have a fun, family based cash practice located in Windsor, Co on Main St.
We are looking for an Associate who is a strong adjuster and will be able to jump in to help us continue moving towards our goals to serve more kids, moms, and families! Techniques used are mainly diversified, webster and activator. We also utilize needle acupuncture. We offer a 4-day work week for great work-life balance!
We are looking for someone who is hard working, eager to learn, and enjoys working closely with patients, creating long term relationships while providing high-quality individualized care!
Ideally this person is webster certified or will become certified, and has completed some of the ICPA courses, certified in acupuncture or willing to be.
Our office is a family focused practice and have proudly served the Windsor community for almost a decade with and emphasis on high quality care through adjustments, acupuncture, and helping our patients meet their health goals. Our team consists of chiropractors, acupuncturist, and a support staff that all collaborate together to provide our patients with the best care they deserve!
Duties:
Perform initial exams/consultations (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
Develop and prepare appropriate treatment care plans that focuses on the patient's overall health and wellbeing
Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications , nutritional support, take-home stretches and exercises, benefits of continued chiropractic care
Chiropractic Care- Manual adjustments, diversified, drop table, activator, extremity adjusting, rehab and various therapies and modalities, converting pain patients to wellness care plans
Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
Work cooperatively with team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
Converting and maintaining practice members
Social media management
Attain testimonials, reviews, and referrals from patients
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
Active Chiropractic license in CO
Schedule:
Full time (Mon,Tues,Thurs,Fri)
Part Time Available
Salary:
$75k- $85k
