CCA EVENT POLICIES

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

Registration, cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to CCA@coloradochiropractic.org by SEVEN (7) business days prior to event to be eligible for a refund. In the event of cancellation less than seven (7) days before the event, monies will be applied to a future event, to be taken within one year. Refunds will be processed at the earliest convenience and availability of the CCA Executive Director. Please allow up to five (5) business days for funds to be credited to your account once refund is processed.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

CCA conferences and events will be cancelled due to inclement weather or other acts of God (including, but not limited to, flood, fire, or natural disaster) only if the venue and/or location of the event is closed or provides notice to CCA of its inability to hold the event, or if the local government declares an emergency status is in effect for the location of the event. If a CCA conference is cancelled due to inclement weather or other acts of God as set forth herein, every attempt will be made to reschedule the event and your registration fee will be applied to the rescheduled event date. Any travel expenses that may have been incurred cannot be refunded under any circumstances. If the CCA event is held but weather conditions (whether forecasted or actualized) prohibit you from traveling, CCA cannot refund your registration fee but can apply to a future event with written notification.

CONFERENCE AND EXPO HALL ADMISSION

Registrants must wear their conference credentials at all times to ensure admission to all conference activities. Room monitors will be scanning badges of registrants who wish to receive continuing education units. Expo Hall attendees must be at least 18 years of age.
