The Colorado Chiropractic Association (hereinafter CCA) operates www.coloradochirorpactic.org This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.

We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Refund Policy

Voiding a Duplicate Transaction

You received two confirmation emails of your transaction, your transaction may have submitted/processed twice.  Please email us (see above) by 3pm CST and we will attempt to Void duplicate transaction or refund one transaction on following day.

 

Refunds/Returns

Our website accepts voluntary contributions or occasional registration for activities such as a continuing education events.  Any refund/return requests are at the discretion of our Board of Directors and/or Executive Director and we will notify you via email their decision for refund requests within 10 days. 

If your refund/return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) less a 20% handling fee. You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days.

Cancellation for any events (such as a continuing education seminar) must be made at least 7 days prior to charitable event unless same marketing materials for event state a different cancellation timeline. 

 

Shipping

If refund relates to defective merchandise shipped, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  Mail return items to above address.
